Healthy KAle chips
Ingredients
Easy as Only 3 Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch of kale
- 1 or 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
You can spiced up with some chili flaxes
Making
- Preheat oven 180 degree Celsius
- Rinse the kale, tear into small pieces and remove any large stems
- Dry well the kale into a tea towel [ don’t skip this one it makes the kale crispier]
- In a large mix bowl drizzle with olive oil and salt
- Mix well with your hands to combine to evenly distribute oil and seasonings.
- Spread the kale over large baking sheets
- Bake for 10 min, stir the kale and put it back for 5 min until crispy and golden
