Kale chips are perfect for snacks, or as side. 

Next time you are invited to a pic-nic or bbq instead of picking u potatoes chips at the shop try this recipe your friends are going to love it!

Healthy KAle chips

Ingredients

  • Easy as Only 3 Ingredients:

    • 1 Bunch of kale 
    • 1 or 2 tbsp Olive oil 
    • Salt 

    You can spiced up with some chili flaxes 

Making

    • Preheat oven 180 degree Celsius 
    • Rinse the kale, tear into small pieces and remove any large stems
    • Dry well the kale into a tea towel [ don’t skip this one it makes the kale crispier]
    • In a large mix bowl drizzle with olive oil and salt 
    • Mix well with your hands to combine to evenly distribute oil and seasonings. 
    • Spread the kale over large baking sheets 
    • Bake for 10 min, stir the kale and put it back for 5 min until crispy and golden 

    Ready

5min to cook 

10min to bake
