About JuJu

Originally from France, I have spent the past 15 years living and working internationally across luxury yachts,  resorts, wellness spaces, and creative environments, shaping a deep understanding of balance, resilience, and self-care.

My connection to wellness began in childhood through high-level competitive sport, where I learned to listen to my body, build strength with consistency, and manage both physical and mental demands. These early experiences shaped my understanding of the link between movement, environment, and overall wellbeing.

Seasana Wellness was created from this journey, a calm and supportive space designed to help people reconnect with their bodies, feel more grounded, and build confidence in everyday life.

My approach combines mindful movement, breathwork, and simple nutrition guidance to support strength, mobility, and long-term wellbeing. I believe that small, consistent practices can create meaningful and lasting change.
