I’m originally from France and have spent the past 15 years travelling and working internationally with luxury resorts, wellness professionals, and creative communities — including several years in the yachting industry, a fast-paced environment that deepened my understanding of resilience, balance, and self-care.
My connection to wellness began much earlier through competitive sport in my childhood, where I learned to listen to my body, manage stress, and build strength with consistency and intention. These experiences shaped my understanding of the connection between movement, wellbeing, environment, and authentic beauty.
Seasana Wellness grew from this journey — a desire to create a calm, supportive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build confidence in everyday life.
