 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup  of fresh ginger, clean, no need to peel
  • 3/4 cup of fresh Tumeric, clean, no need to peel
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 4 cup Coconut water or still water
  • A pinch or more depending on your taste Cayenne pepper
  • 1 squeezed lemon

Use pre-cut and frozen fruits and vegetables that you have prepared in quantity.

Making

  • Cut a pineapples 

    Mix all the ingredients in your blender, you do not need to remove the skin of the ginger and tumeric

    With the help of a strainer remove all the pulp

    Transfer to an empty bottle

    With this recipe you can prepare 20 shots
