Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 4 chunks of banana
- 1 handful of blueberries (50g)
- 1 glass (150ml) almond milk (unsweetened) or oat milk or coconut water
Use pre-cut and frozen fruits that you have prepared in advance.
Making

- Take all the ingredients already cut and frozen, you can also take them fresh if you have not prepared them in amount, pour them into your blender and mix.
Little tips: to avoid chunks, use the max speed of your blender but finish with the gentle speed to improve the texture.
Pour into your glass or to-go bottle and enjoy.
