Blueberry smoothies

The superpower of blueberries is having the highest level of antioxidants of all fruits.  They are low in calories and fat, rich in fiber and vitamin C and K. They take care of your heart, reduce your blood pressure and allow you to stimulate your brain to improve your memory.

Blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

 Ingredients:

  • 4 chunks of banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries (50g)
  • 1 glass (150ml) almond milk (unsweetened) or oat milk or coconut water 

Use pre-cut and frozen fruits that you have prepared in advance.

Making

    • Take all the ingredients already cut and frozen, you can also take them fresh if you have not prepared them in amount, pour them into your blender and mix.

    Little tips: to avoid chunks, use the max speed of your blender but finish with the gentle speed to improve the texture.

    Pour into your glass or to-go bottle and enjoy.
