Green smoothie

Ingredients

 Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 3 chunks of Celery
  • 4 chunks of Cucumber
  • 4 chunks of Pineapple
  • 2 small chunks of ginger
  • 1 glass (150ml) Coconut water or plain water

 

Use pre-cut and frozen fruits and vegetables that you have prepared in advance.

Making

  • Take all the ingredients already cut and frozen, you can also take them fresh if you have not prepared them in amount, pour them into your blender and mix.

Little tips: to avoid chunks, use the max speed of your blender but finish with the gentle speed to improve the texture.

Pour into your glass or to-go bottle and enjoy.
